The Los Alamos Research Park is adjacent to the main technical area of the Los Alamos National Laboratory. The park is owned by a Los Alamos-based, private, not-for-profit corporation specializing in business and economic development programs.
The first phase of development, including site infrastructure and an 83,000 square foot multi-tenant office and lab building is completed. The anticipated build-out of the research park will provide approximately 300,000 square feet of office and lab facilities. A key goal of the research park development is regional economic diversification.
